Proposed Development: Lorimer Spring

This letter is from Raleigh’s Housing and Neighborhoods Department to Timothy Morgan, manager of Evergreen Construction Company in Raleigh. 

The letter sets out the conditions for the company to receive a loan from the City “...to Lorimer Spring Housing Associates, LLC (‘Borrower’) in the amount of up to $1,250,000 to develop Lorimer Spring (‘Project’), a 60-unit affordable housing development targeting households earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income.”
